A considered
conversation.

What you share

The form accepts an email address, a message, or both. It also records the object your request relates to, the type of request, its submission time and your acknowledgement of this information. You can send a message without providing an email; in that case, we cannot reply to you.

Where your request goes

Requests are stored in the RAVEZZO website database and are available to the site owner through a private studio inbox. They are used to review interest in the objects and follow up on the conversation. Sending a request does not place an order, reserve an object or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Keeping and removing information

Requests are kept to support the conversation. Records older than twelve months are removed when the site next receives a request or the owner reviews the inbox. To ask about, correct or request the removal of your information, send a note through the Contact form, including the email you previously used if applicable.
